Getting Trained

This training helps clients & staff think about why they might want to set up a group & how to do it.  From understanding why, to overcoming the barriers, to developing your own constitution; it’s all here! 

Setting up a User Led Group

Have you been asked to join a committee or would you like to set up your own group?  This training will cover all aspects of what is expected from you as a committee member, the roles and responsibilities.

So you want to plan a big event or a trip out. This training helps you think about what you might need to consider, planning a budget & thinking about how you are going to raise the money you need.  Training comes complete with handy worksheets to make your planning much easier!

Planning an Event or a Trip

Training in 2 parts!  Part 1 is an introduction to the Framework Project Audit system and the role of Clients in it.  Part 2 – held on a separate day – is open by invitation only. This is the only training we do that leads to a “capability test”.  Those successful become “licensed” to be on the Project Audit team. Heady stuff… but exciting for those who make it!
